Patch Update Issues

My game is perfectly except for the update. My launcher says my game is on Version 12.0.273.015001 I manually did the patch for 1.31 and it said it was updated that version but it is still not saying. I just want to ne agle to log in to the game. any help you give me I will appreciate

There is already a new patch 1.32 , you need it to be able to log in when you're playing so you can share you're buttons ( I think ) and to get sims from you're friends to perform in you're game.

Thanks for clarifying. My Base Game say 1.31.118.015001. So I guess my game is updated just not to 1.32. From what i read i should not update the game to 1.32 is this correct?
However I need 1.32 to access the other features of the game such as the SimPort. Is there away to get it to work yet if so, how so?

Hello,
At this point it is unlikely that you'll be able to use those features unless you have a registrationcode. Simport is only for registered games.
You can still play of course, but I think you need the fix, but apply step 13 only to avoid updating any further.

Okay thank you for your help one more question. If I bought the game so that i would have my own registration code will it possibly work when i have every sims 3 game from with the exception of Showtime if I buy it?

From what I've heard, having just 1 legal registered copy of any expansion or stuff pack will open up that possibility.
