Upgrading from Pets to Master Suite Stuff (and Showtime)[SOLVED]

Hello, I've gotta start with an apology, I posted on The Sims 3 Ultimate Fix thread and am unsure how to delete my posts...

I am upgrading from Pets to Master Suite Stuff (and after to Showtime) and found that the Master Suite Stuff crack didn't work correctly for me after updating to 1.31, resulting in the unofficial game modification and an unresponsive game while loading up the neighbourhood.

I'm a little puzzled about how to use the temporary fix, it's suited for the Medieval game I'm guessing. How do you use it for The Sims 3?

EDIT: It may be the update to 1.31, I uninstalled Master Suite Stuff so I'm back to Pets being at the top which worked flawlessly before, but now it comes up wih the unofficial game modification error and crashes while loading...
