Sims 3 Launcher Won't install Katy Perry. [SOLVED]

I'm trying to install the stuff from your mediafire account (and yes, I have Showtime). They appear to install successfully, but then when I restart the launcher they appear as if they were never installed. Any ideas? I have the latest 1.33 patch.

Hi, sometimes I have d same problem but d stuff r there...1st cheq if them appear in your installed content via d laucher and 2nd open d game and look 4 d stuff....Hope this could help u!!

Yes, sometimes the items don't show up on the launcher, but they do in-game. See if this is the case in your situation.

Nope, they don't show up in the game either, even when I leave the launcher open (and it says they're still installed).

That actually did work, but now I have to reinstall EVERYTHING else from your store updates. This will be a pain in the ass. If only EA could program correctly, maybe the caches wouldn't corrupt so often.

Just put the .Sims3Pack files in your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder and then install them all at once via the "Download" -tab on your launcher.

That's what I usually do. The problem with that is the launcher seems unable to handle large ques and so the cache just corrupts. So I have to do them in packs of no more than 200mb, which is the part that's a pain.

So thanks for asking, but I don't think you could help me with this since it's EA's fault and not yours. Maybe I'll try CC Magic.
