TS3 Create a World Tool not working with TS3 WA,HELS,Ambitions fix

so I requested for a DL link for the Sims 3 tools, and Yusifer shared a link where we could all download the tools in this page. The Create A World tool content can be downloaded here. Since we can't install the tools without the base game of the Sims 3, I first finished installing the game using Games4theWorld fix instructions. Now when I installed the Create a Pattern tool, it was working. But it's the reverse for the Create a World tool. A prompt always appears like this and then I uninstalled the CAW tool since it's not working. Any help?

Your game isn't fully-updated. You need to update fully every expansion, the base game, etc. and make sure you're using selyo's crack for it to work.
