The Sims 3 Collection Help Please! [SOLVED]

First of all, you could've backed your SaveGames up before uninstalling. Also the uninstallers asks you if you want to delete the SaveGames yes/no.

Then, when Installing the games, you should Install them in the following order: The Sims 3, WA, HELS, Ambitions.

okay, installing WA and i got to this; 5. Now open the 'Crack 3' folder and start the 'Sims3_1.2.7.00002_from_1.0.631.00002.exe'
patch.

so i extracted all the patches to desktop into a folder called patches, started from the first one (1.2.7.00002)... and it opened the browser, went to the sims 3 page and gave an error message (404) it started installing, then opened a new small window that was installing, then it gave an error message ; 'invalid file found.'

please help.

If you're using a retail version of The Sims 3, just skip the steps
where you have to apply the Updates from the "Crack 3" folder.
If you aren't using a retail version of The Sims 3, please do the following to fix this problem:

1. Uninstall The Sims 3.
2. Restart your PC.
3. Reinstall The Sims 3.
4. Install WA.
5. Install Ambitions. (Otherwise the launcher won't work)
6. The Game should work fine now.

where in them steps do i install high end loft stuff?
ive already tried that yesterday, install the sims 3 > install WA> got the same error > uninstall sims 3 > restart > the sims 3.. clean rinse repeat.


* all the sims 3 + i have are downloaded from Games4TheWorld. no retails here.. mainly cause my computer does not have a CD Drive.

... okay.. still get the same error message, done the first 3 steps, cant install WA, because of that error message.

Did you actually do step no.2? cause i know that i forgot that that's why i wasnt able to install the crack 3.

it says theres and update available, should i update? also, when i pressed the start button (play) it started up then said' it looks like you have an unofficial modification that is not compatible with this version of sims 3..

p.s can i delete the folders on my desktop? - the zip files and the other folders, because deleting them would save me 30GB.

Yes, you can delete those folder, but if you do so, you can't seed any more.
And, yes, you can Install HELS too now, without any problems.
