The sims 1: complete collection.[SOLVED] Empty The sims 1: complete collection.[SOLVED]

When i press the setup button and arrive at where its supposed to install..installshied wizard loads to 100 percent and then a pop up says unknown error occured aborting setup! please help would be appreciated. I dont know what is causing this or how to resolve it. Very frustrating.

I tried starting it again and this time it says "an installation support file appdata/local/temp/irst.dll could not be installed. access denied"

It also freezes the whole computer

Which program did you use to extract the file you downloaded?
