Sims 3 pets install problem Empty Sims 3 pets install problem

I've bought the game and also downloaded from here and I had it installed once but removed it because it would not run
I removed everything completely but for some reason every time I try to install the pets it starts to load the install wizard and then goes
to a box that says do you wish to remove everything therefore I can not install it..

Hello,

That makes me think that it wasn't uninstalled properly. What if you said "yes I do want to remove everything" and let the uninstaller attempt to properly uninstall?
Better yet, try removing it with youruninstallerpro (available here) before you attempt to reinstall it again.
Don't forget to restart your pc.
