Sims 3 World Adventures

Every time I try to complete step 8 "Now completely close the Game including the EA Download Manager from the System Tray. Open
the 'Sims3EP01Setup.exe' in this .rar file" when I try to run the Sims3EP01Setup.exe file I get an error.

What can I do? And I am running WIndows 7, is that part of the problem?

Open the .rar file using WinRar, which can be Downloaded from www.games4theworld.org . Don't use WinZip or anything else, since it'll mess up the files.
Now, just select áll the files in the .rar file and drag & drop them to a folder on your Desktop. Open that folder and start reading the "# Installation Guide.txt". It should all work fine now.
