New stuff pack announced: The Sims 3 Katy Perry’s Sweet Treats (coming to G4TW soon).

Hello,
I just found out that EA will release a new stuff pack for the Sims on June 5th. This stuff pack will revolve around Katy Perry with designs that were inspired by Katy's style.
Of course there will be a G4TW release.

Just when i was considering on uninstalling Fast Lane and Town Life for being the worst stuff packs EVER....omg, compared to this new one, im now able to make an altar to those 2.

I know i'm probably the only one, but I kinda like the idea. i'm not decking my entire sim house out in candy.. no, no. But having a room done in candy, or possibly creating a sim candy store, sounds kewl. Plus people on the official forums are gonna create a candyland type world which would be kewl for story purposes. That's just how I'm taking it. Plus I've downloaded a motel called The Heights Motel, which has an empty room with nothing in it but some boxes, so I plan on redoing that room in candy when it comes out which would be really awesome for me. But ya know, that's just me. I'm not overly-excited for it. But I'm still getting it because I like Katy Perry for the most part and it's a sims 3 stuff pack.. I HAVE to have it. So.. yeah. that's my rant lol.

I'm downloading this, but probably not installing it until I have a new pc. I've just downsized my Sims 3 by uninstalling all stuffpacks, now it runs reasonably so yeah, I have to be particular about what I'll install, you never know what the next expansion pack is going to be.

Honestly this one is going to be the worst thing EA has ever released for The Sims 3. Apparently the success they had with Showtime and Katy Perry, they think they can milk a little more money using Katy Perry

Well, I for one will be downloading this for three reasons.
1. It's not going to cost me anything to have it.
2. I have all the EPs and stuff packs so far, so why not?

I had never even heard of Katy Perry before Showtime came out lol. But as it turned out, I had heard some of her music.
I'm not installing this pack at this point. I'm half scared to death that I'll see townies pop up looking like that:

I checked out all the new content, Sadly there is only 2 things for males (that outfit) and a bunch of crap for females , apparently Toddlers, children, elders, and teens were probably forgotten.

Well, I guess this pack will be fun for some people, but I hear it's price is outrageous ($30) and well.. I doubt it would appeal to males at all, female players, maybe.
I'd install it at some point obviously, but on that day Master Controllers' "CASpart blacklist" is going to have a field day

Yeah, a lot of the Female outfits are a bit on the slutty looking side, not my kind of thing. I sense I will have a hider/Derandomizing mod field day coming on.
