Can't update windows and Microsoft essential sentinel ?
If you can't update it .
Please try to download TDSSKiller
After you download it , please run it as Admin after it done with the scan, if you find any infection. Just let the software handle , after you restart the pc. Everything will be alright.
I get this Killer from Microsoft Technical team.
