The Sims 3 black screen

I have installed The Sims 3 and every expansion.
I did all that is nessecery but when i click on icon of the game, i get black window and after that nothing is happening.
When i close the game, i have pop up with "unable to start game. service initialization failed (0x024e424f)".
So why my game aint working and how to solve it ?

I also did everything on The Sims 3 Ultimate fix, that i have same problem.
On game its says that my version is 13.0.62.016001. I think that i patched the game to 1.3.2 after i installed base game. All expansions were installed later.

Game was working but when i download some things from exchange and put it inside the game, again same problem appeared.

And what if you take out those things?

Without those things from exchange, game was working.
So is there any way for game to work with them or i will have to play without those exchange things ?

If the game doesn't work with those Exchange items, there's obviously a problem with those items and not with the game.
What if you only use one item, will it still not work?

How do you install those items exactly?

Didnt tryed with one item.
There are lots of good hairs, lots, clothes, sims...so i was putting them all inside.
Since it wasnt working, i'm uninstalled the game and now i will install again all expansions, after that i will put those things inside and then i will patch the game manualy and crack it with that fix.
Maybe like that will work.

I just download them with that script and i put them in my documents inside download forum where also goes Lunar Lake, Riverview etc.

EDIT:
I managed to deal with problem above. Most of those items are now installed inside the game, while game is working.
Problem is that none of downloaded sims are appearing inside game even if the game said that installation of them was success.
When i start the game in new town, i have all lots that i downloaded, but none of my downloaded sims to put them in house and play with them, only those default once.
Any idea ?

Yeah, they are there.
But for some reason, game isnt showing everything that i put in game from exchange even if it says that those items are now installed in the game.
For now, i noticed that i'm missing few women and almost all the men that i downloaded.
But it doesnt matter that much, since i have what i wanted and game is working.

I have again problem with that 0x024e424f !
Game and all expansions were working. I even put some CC inside. Game said that installation was success. Then i played the game yesterday without any problem. Before i got to bed, i saved the game and turn off computer. Today when i wanted to continue playing, same error is appeared. I didnt put any new CC or mods inside.
I even tryed bypassing launcher but still same problem. So i dont know if problem is CC or cheat for money that i used only last night (testingcheatsenabled true --> motherlode)

I'm going to reinstall the game again, only this time i will put only riverview and hidden spring of CC.

I didn't have any mods, that i put inside, only CC like sims, lots, tatto's etc.
For crack, i'm using it from ultimate fix so i don't thing that is the problem.
In 10 minutes i will finish installing the game again. But like i said, game and all expansion for working for 1-2 days, and then next day it didn't for some strange reason.
Even CC that i installed for working, but not all of them were showing inside a game.

EDIT:
Game is working for now, but it was before also until game crashed again.
This time, i only put riverview, hidden spring and one sim - Katy Perry. No mods, or other CC.
Will see how long it will take this time for that error appear.
