Sims 3 help! please? noob here!!

Hey people so i keep following the guides but most of them are for PC and im a noob and dont know what to do. in the alternative method here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly

i installed the base game without putting any cracks, then install Late Night without installing any cracks.. ok so what do i do after this? do i go to the sims 3 then download the update from it then go to late night and download the update then install the final crack?

Please install all the expansions you want first. When you finished doing so, download and apply this manual patch: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t3597-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v134-fix-manual-patch-updated
After it finished updating your game to the latest version, download and only apply the "# Crack" from the Mac version of our Ultimate Fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems

hey thank you so much sir! but the manual patch is only for PC. i cant use it. thank you again

NVM i think i got it. im just wondering tho what if after i do this and then i get another EP am i going to have to redo all the process? thanks11

If it's an existing expansion, you don't need to patch. And you only have to recrack it with the crack from the fix if you can't start the game after installing the ep.
If a new expansion comes out, there's usually also a new patch and a new crack.

ok then thank you so much! one last thing how do i install lucky palms on mac? ive done all the steps, im able to play and all that.. do i just run it? like the manual patch? thanks!!

Alternatively, see if you can find the "Downloads" folder which should be in the same location as your saves. Once placed there, I think you could install it with the launcher.
