Mass Effect 2

Hey there.
Download Mass Effect 2, all fine on that account, but when it comes to running the "setup.exe," it just seems to not ever move, it's been "extracting files" for basically the last 25 minutes.
Now is this normal? Is it meant to be that slow?
Or is something wrong?

Actually it's finally installed but when I go to play it says;
"Failed to intialize the physics system. Please ensure you have an updated version of the PhysX system software installed."

Hey, im having the same problem after i install it, it says "Failed to intialize the physics system. Please ensure you have an updated version of the PhysX system software installed." Im running windows 7, and have a ATI Radeon HD 7690M XT, is there anyway to get past this problem?? Iv'e tried seems like everything, Thanks
