SimCity 4: Deluxe Edition Admin Permission

Hello, I searched everywhere on here and could not find an answer for this problem, I thought it would be posted but it wasn't.

I followed the instructions of the installation properly until the point where I have to repalce the .exe file with the exe in the crack folder. It says I need permission, I say continue, since I'm the admin of this computer. After a while it says "You need permission to perform this action."

My computer is capable of playing the game, and I have the game closed as well, and I've installed it. The folders of the rar folder and the folder with the stuff in it after the installation ar eboth on my desktop. Maybe I should try putting the .exe files both on the desktop and replace them there, then try to put the file in the folder? I dunno.
