Sims 3 Launcher Problem "The process could not be started"

Hello,

I'm not sure if this topic have been solved already before 'cause I didn't find similar topic or I just didn't look good enough to find one but I'll give it a go just in case. Ok, problem is, I launch my sims 3 launcher, wait it load, and when I try to click the play button, a pop-up pops saying "Sims 3 has stopped working"... Just to make sure, I closed the launcher which closed after a few seconds which is kinda long compared to the normal and then launch the launcher again, went to my downloads pane and tried to install a few CCs, then a pop-up pops again this time saying "The process could not be started". I've been having this problem since latest patch. Is there any solution to this problem? 'Cause I tried reinstalling and the fixes but it didn't work.

I already did those things ma'am but it still works the same. Don't know what to do anymore.

Oh! I just read gladoscc's post and tried to do what you adviced him to do. It also didn't work. All the .exe file works the same and some don't actually work at all.

After a whole day of gruesome research, I found out that this problem just occurs without any reason. It just happens. Only solution is just to reinstall ALL of it which takes about...a whole lot of time which sucks. Thanks a lot for the time Lady ElDi!
