Laucnher not working. (the process could not be started). [SOLVED]

When I open sims 3 launcher and try to play the game it doesnt work. I get an error. Windows cannot find 'C:\Program files (86)\electronic arts\the sims 3\game\binGame_Win32.exe'.

Hello,
What expansions do you have along with the base game? If you don't have any expansions, please install at least one of the expansions mentioned below:
Island Paradise, University Life, 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff, Seasons, Supernatural, Diesel Stuff, Katy Perry Sweet Treats, Showtime, Master Suite Stuff, Pets, Town Life Stuff, Generations
Afterwards, please apply the manual patch, which can be downloaded here (even if you have applied it, apply it again). Follow the instructions given.
Last but not least, drag and drop the contents of the #crack folder of the Ultimate Fix (which can be found here) to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts (OR Origin Games if you have bought the base game via Origin)\The Sims 3\Game\Bin.

I have all of them all download from games4theworld some of them download from other.

Piratebay uploaded by games4theworld, but no worries it works now!
