hi,ive not been doing this for long but am downloading call od duty world at war and under seeding it says 0.562 is this bad n ifr so can i have help with it plz.

Can you show in a screenshot?
Though it sounds like that's your seed ratio. That number indicates how much of a file you've shared with others compared to how much you've downloaded.
If your download is complete and you're still seeding, this particular number indicates the you've uploaded a little over half the file. If you want to play it fair, seed to at least a ratio of 1.000. A little more if you have room on your HD.
