CALL OF DUTY MW3 PROBLEMS.

I just bought Call of Duty MW3, and I got 4 cds in it. So as I inserted the first one, I was searching for the installation and I got some files I don't even understand. Can't find the installation setup anywhere..Did anyone play this game, and if so could he/she help me?
