SIMPORT PROBLEMS! [SOLVED]

Everytime i try to connect to my account which i have 3 store-bought sims 3 games with, it loads for FOREVER. I sat there waiting for about 30 minutes the other day until i decided to stop.... anyone know how to help?? (:

Hello,
It could be a temporary problem with their servers, or there's something up with your own connection. I'm not sure what else it could be though, your game is up to date?

Hello,
Try unplugging your PC from the internet, shut down, re-connect and then turn the PC on again.
Just a suggestion, you never know with The Sims problems.

Oh awesome that did work! I'm pretty sure it's my PC though, pretty crappy a times
