I thought you don't have to have a registered game in order to use simport. Just a sims account 0.0

Hello,
That's true, but you wont be able to use all features. You can only send and receive sims if you have at least 1 registered game (not necessarily the base, a stuffpack will do) and you can't post memories. But you can still send messages, earn badges and receive your friends' messages and memories.

So you can use Simport if you only have one registred game? Not specific Showtime?

Nope, it can be any one of the Sims 3 expansions. I registered Fast Lane Stuff myself.

If you registered it before, that won't be a problem. You can log in with your old account.

Hello,
Yes, but that's probably not the cheapest option. An older stuff pack is going to be cheaper. Shop around too, because prices may differ from shop to shop.

It doesn't matter which expansion's serial code you use; they all register just fine and let you use Simport.
