Can´t install the expansions. [SOLVED] Empty Can´t install the expansions. [SOLVED]

Hello again! Sorry to bother you ... but I really need help :/

I had all the expansions installed but suddenly my sims failed, and I couldn’t solve it. Tried for your Ultimate fix but it didn’t work. So I decided to uninstall and re-install everything (probably the dumbest idea I had).
Now, I have installed the base Sims (have the original) and then I install Adventures and High End Loft Stuff, but once I try to install any Sims that are newer than the High End Loft a window appears to me and will not let me install. The window says I need to have the Sims base installed, but I have it installed. I have tried to install just the Pets or Showtime after the base game but the same error appears. All the expansions I have are from your site and I followed the manuals.

Please help me: (

Did you install your game via Steam or did you buy it on DVD?

Ok so that should work. What about the launcher, are the base, WA and HELS icons lit up on the launcher?

Hello,
Yes, the WA and the HELS lit up and the base, in the first times I've installed, it didn't lit up, but now it does lit up... I've also tried to install your base (I've downloaded from your site) but during the installation it says it can't find something and I have to track it but I can't find it too.

I'm a little confused as to why the expansions won't install, did you extract them with winRAR?

Yes I did. I'm confused too, specially cause I have install all the expansions before, all from here. And I didn't have any problem, I don't know what happened..
