Sims3packs won't stay installed?

Every time I install my sims3packs, if I exit the launcher and reopen it, a lot of my packs have uninstalled. I don't know why this is happening. I must have installed/patched the game wrong? I do remember when I was downloading and patching Supernatural and Master Suite Stuff (Games4theworld downloads), it said something about unofficial game modifications and I just hit "continue" and it hasn't come back up again. I wonder if this could be the problem? Any advice?

Are they actually uninstalled ingame? Or is it just the launcher that's telling you this?
