Movie stuff won't stay installed? [SOLVED] Empty Movie stuff won't stay installed? [SOLVED]

It says its not installed in the launcher and it asks me for the island paradise disk when playing. How can i fix this, i installed it correctly.

Hello,

Look at this here:  https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly

And then do the steps 2, 3 and 4. This basically means: apply the "manual patch" first, and then apply the "Ultimate fix" (it's enough to use the files in the #crack-folder of the Ultimate fix).

I did already manually patch it and i was waiting for the ultimate fix to download. Hopefully that works, although i have to wait a along time for it to finish.

The fix won't completely download. I keep getting errors saying the file is broken when i go to extract it.

I'm using chrome. I'm trying the mirror link right now, hopefully mega works.

Well it downloaded and i put everything in but movie stuff still isn't showing up as installed.

I downloaded the manual tool and when i clicked play though that it worked and now the launcher recognizes the game as installed. Thanks for your help though.
