HELP!!!!

ive been trying to install sims 3 plus all the expansion pack for a couple days now ive tried everything the mac ultamate fix the manual patch nrass nocd the farthest that i have gotten was the game loaded then said a mod or something was installed and do i want to quit and i didnt and the game started and the i could not create a household or do anything it just froze
