How to install supernatural? [SOLVED]

So, I downloaded the fie and decompressed it, but I can't open the .exe since it's a windows file.

I read a thread on here saying to mount the folder so it becomes a .dmg, but I don't know how to do that and google isn't bringing any results
How would I go about doing this?

I was following these steps. I did it for Showtime. All great.

I did it for Supernatural. All good. On a sidetone. Dont even know if this matters but be careful if you update first or do the crack, or installation. I put the crack first and now I cant update from the louncher. Then again I am not sure if its always like that if you have a crack or I did I do something wrong. I always had the bought EPs, so this is the first time (after Showtime and its crack) I am doing this. So now I am downloading the manual patch.
