When in Buy Mode the Items Dont Load

Hey All,

Ive recently installed The Sims 3 Pets, i havent had any problems with the base game as i bought it. When i installed pets and installed your ultimate fix, whenever i go to the buy mode, it just keeps loading and loading and eventually nothing comes up with no items whatsoever. So i have no clue what to do with this...Also whenever i go to create a household it stays on the loading screen for an unlimited amount of time and does nothing for hours, I have a brand new gaming laptop and it has no problems running The Sims 3 whatsoever.

Do you have any Mods or Custom Content?

What's your base game version? It can be found like this.

ive got a few downloaded houses and a furniture set.

Right now, 1.38 isn't supported by the fix, as stated in this post. However, the fix will be updated soon, within the next day or two, hopefully, with the release of Supernatural. So just keep an eye on the forum and watch for Supernatural to be uploaded, and for the fix to be updated.

I'm also facing the same problem...even though I've downloaded the 1.38 of the Sims 3 (like...yesterday, which means it's the workable version, rite?) ._. still..the items in buy mode wouldn't load. I had tried uninstalling and reinstalled the Sims 3. .__. but it's still the same...
