Help installing Lucky Palms?

I downloaded Lucky Palms from here, in the forum, from the link LadyEldi provided (thank you so much).
I put the sims3pack in my downloads folder, as per usual, but when I go to my launcher to install it, it's showing up as an object, not a world. I thought maybe it was because it was unofficial/decrapified, but when I tried to install it, it gave me an error telling me to update my game. I thought, okay, I'll do that, and sure enough I was only at v1.36. So, I got the update, once again from here, and it updated successfully to v1.38. I opened my launcher once again, and the version is at 12.0.273. Is that odd, considering I just successfully updated? My launcher is no longer giving me the "would you like to update?" pop-up, so idk what the issue there is, or if it's to be expected. I tried, once again, to install Lucky Palms. It showed up as an object, and gave me the same update error as before.

Any help with this would be fantastic, I've been trying relentlessly for over 24 hours to get this to work.

Don't forget to delete your world caches in My Documents/Electronic Arts/World Caches before reinstalling Lucky Palms. After uninstalling Lucky Palms and deleting those World Caches, restart your computer before reinstalling Lucky Palms.

Okay, I can't find my WorldCaches folder, nor a file, or anything. I
checked my installed worlds folder to see if I had a cache in there, and
none. Am I looking in the wrong place?

No, it wasn't showing up in my game. For whatever reason, I went and installed TS3 Supernatural and now I'm getting "success" for the download of LP.
I'm going to go test out my game, run it, see if it works okay or whatever. I wonder why Supernatural seemed to have fixed my issue...

That's odd, maybe you didn't have the latest game version after all.

The awkward part is, even after installing Supernatural, my version number is still not .38! But, everything works, no bugs or errors, so problem solved!
