Sims 3 instalation issues Empty Sims 3 instalation issues

Hi, I'm new at this web, I have bought a laptop, and I have installed the sims 3 with some of the expansion set and stuffs. The problem appears when it has loaded, because I can`t do anything, I can't change any resolution options or play, only exit to the game.

Hello,

You mean the other options just don't show up or you can't click them?
