REQUEST: late night pre-order venues

Hello, I'm looking for the bonus-items that were made available to those who preordered the game. Specifically the two lots, The Gorge and The New Wave, that came in the pack. I'm building a new neighborhood and do not want skyscrapers in it. I've looked for alternatives for clubs and lounges at the usual places but other than being a nightmare to be lucky to be able to find something remotely close to what you want navigate. I've tried to create my own lots but my creativity is limited and they just end up turning into boxes with windows.
