Keygen.exe for chicken invaders 3

When I try to install the game, I select not online and when I try to open the keygen.exe file the error states "Windows can not access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item." Any suggestions? I'm at a loss!

Your antivirus probably "cleaned" the file.
Try (temporary) turning off your antivirus program, please.
After that, re-extract from the original .rar file, as the extracted files are probably broken by now.
