Setup error on fix 1.39. [SOLVED]

I downloaded and (tried) to install the latest ultimate fix (1.39), When I reached the part to open launcher. refresh and download if it said to which it did, I recieved and error which I useally do when doing this so I downloaded the file TSR_1.39.3.0180xx_update, clicked on that to install and recieved this message

My computer is

Windows 7 64 bit

AMD E-450 dual- core processor 1 tb hard drive an 4 gb ddr3 memory



What I need to know is since it didn't load with launcher was I suppose to redo all steps again before applying the update? Or have I buggered everything up an have to reinstall whole kit an kabootle? Also just to let you know I have all cc an mods removed from game for the updating process so that (?) shouldn't be an issue ( yet lol)

I looked around and found this information.
You shouldn't use another program than .WINRAR to extract

Eventhough the Patch shouldn't be extracted, that might mean that you used a different program to extract the Expansion and Extra packs.

I tried both suggestions without success, So what I did was restore my PC back to the night before I tried to install update and everthing is working for me again. I didn't really need the patch because I am not having the excessive spawning of zombie's, but I thought I'd download the patch anyways from here as I always come here for the updates and never had an issue before. Next time I will be sure to only use winrar, and possibly bypass any issues in the future too. Thank you for responding quickly You guys are awesome !
