question about mediafire

Hi

As I am new here, I have downloaded the expansion packs etc before which was easy, but after discovering the mediafire account, Im a little unsure on how to find the things I am looking for. Can someone please give me some instructions on how to use the mediafire account? I am on the newest account which has come up with:

Is this all the files/folders? Also is there a website I can look up of pictures of whats in the sets and packs etc?

I have downloaded the "worlds" packs but looking up store updates for september, it comes up with the names of the packs but I have no idea what is in the actual packs and dont want to waste a download if I dont want them if that makes any sense.
