Ultimate Fix? [SOLVED]

I've recently added supernatural to my sims 3 and I was trying to play but I needed the Ultimate Fix and when I went to the site to get it, none of the links would take me anywhere. Please Help

On the one you sent, it says "Updated on: 30-09-2012 (For latest version only download from THIS page!)" but when I go to that page the link wont work. Do I use the one you gave me or am I supposed to go to that other link.

Okay after a day of attempting to fix the issue I have, applied the
Manual Patch, and the Ultimate Fix, and sims 3 supernatural along with
generations and late night are actually showing up. However whenever I
open the launcher I get this...
Unable to start game
Service Initialization Failed (0x039e8474)

P.S.
I also checked in the Sims 3 launcher when I hover over the bottom left
icon and it says 1.39.3 So I believe that means that my game is up to
date.

I have to uninstall everything?

EDIT. I tried uninstalling but then an error came up from install sheild saying "please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications.

Are you uninstalling at the moment?
If yes, I recommend you use Your Uninstaller! Pro from www.games4theworld.org to uninstall. During the uninstallation, choose "Extreme" mode.

Okay as of right now, I uninstalled all sims stuff and reinstalled them, then i used the patch, then I used the ultimate fix and I get a message whenever I open the launcher saying, "there was an error during start up".

EDIT Im trying to download the patch and fix again and for the patch its showing a load time of 6 hours and climbing... would that be due to my wifi, computer, or is that to be expected?

EDIT did it all, all over again...but still same error, "there was an error during start up, Please see the log details for more info"

Yes! Problem solved after re uninstalling everything again, I found that I was having a problem updating on my computer, Thanks everyone for your help
