I followed the instructions exactly. Installed everything I wanted, didn't crack any of it. Then I downloaded and applied the update, and downloaded the ultimate fix and copied the #crack to the correct bin in the original game file. When I try to load the launcher, the message I get is "There was an error during start up. Please the the log for more details." Help would be appreciated.

update: I completely uninstalled and reinstalled, still following the instructions correctly. I wanted to make sure I hadn't messed something up. I am still getting the same error message.
