I need help with cracking

Hello, Im new to this and its all very confusing. I have bought the sims 3 game along with other expansion packs. I downloaded the torrnet for the supernatural and have followed the steps that came with the download and with the ultimate fix. it still says that i need to insert a disk. Also i dont know if this has anything to do with it but when i go to the program files(x86)\electronic arts\the sims 3\game\bin inside the bin folder is another folder that is named packs? should i delete this folder or does it have anything to do with it? If anyone can help me with this I would be soooo happy I have worked on this all day and its driving me crazy

I wonder how you found "program files(x86)\electronic arts\the sims 3\game\bin" on your Mac, since it's a Windows path.
Anyhow, please download and read the instructions that come with Mac version of the Ultimate Fix.
