Sims 3 worlds opening scene. Empty Sims 3 worlds opening scene.

I downloaded Riverview and Barnacle Bay. Installed it fine, its just that, I notice that there was no opening scene just like the default towns on sims 3. Is that normal?

Hello,

Please note that Riverview and Barnacle Bay are not expansion packs and therefore will not change anything about the loading logos.
They are just extra worlds.

I see. Its just that I'm wondering. I saw a video on youtube about Lunar
Lakes and on that video, it has that opening scene before selecting a
household.

What do you mean? The one where it does the scanning scene, showing off the landmarks of that town? If you even move your mouse, it's possible that gets skipped. It's really touchy, and is more of a way for the town to finish loading the images so you can play. It's not important though.
