Chairs , Tables , Every thing (objects) problems

When i access the shop in game to buy tables beds ..

lets say iv'e chose a bed when i try to place it the Green thing that should be under it , it look like Scrap thingy i mean it's not as usual (Square Green thing under it )

so it's not under it and it's not square what i am i gonna do please help me fix this ?

NOTE : i can place it perfectly but i want to fix it to back normal please help me and thank's !

That particular chipset is not supported by the Sims 3, however you can try turning down some of the in-game graphics options and/or updating the chipset driver. HERE is the site to check if your drivers are up to date, if they aren't try updating them and restarting the PC.

What kind of graphics card is supported ? can you tell me because I will buy new Graphic Card
