Sims 3 with all expension packs, started crashing

Hello, few weeks ago with help of support sims 3 and all the extension were installed on my pc, everything was fine till last night- i couldnt update the game it says invalid files found, so i decided not to update the game and started to play as normal, all was fine till i tried entering biulding mode, and i noticed that the windows of the house looks all blurry, next few second game crashed to desktop, wandeing why that maybe hapening?
i dont know what to do please help, thank you

ok i downloaded the fix and i replaced all the files in win rar as it said in instruction file but wheni tried to update it it keeps telling me invalid files found, i havent applied cracks before update only replaced files, any ideas why updating not working?

Cracking is éxactly the same as copying / replacing files. Just read the "# Installation Guide.txt" included with the fix véry carefully on whére exactly to put the .exe and .dll files.

ok i did exactly as it says in instructions when it tried to update from version 6.1 something to version 6.2 it keeps telling me invalid files found so i cannot update the game
