Can't install Supernatural Empty Can't install Supernatural

Its been a few months since I've played TS3 and I decided to get back into and download Supernatural and Seasons. I updated to the current patch but when I tried to install TS3 SupernaturAL it said this

=Even though I have the right file in the right folder and pressed okay it still said it couldn't find the right file. I downloaded the latest version of the fix, but if I remember correctly I don't apply it until the game is installed... unless it's what is causing this problem?
