Supernatural - won't install! Empty Supernatural - won't install!

I follow the usual downloading steps and then when I hit 'install' is says THE SIMS 3 COMPATIBILITY ERROR - The version of the Sims 3 is not compatible with the Sims 3 Supernatural.
What did I do wrong? D:

Is your game up to date? Open the Launcher and check for updates, or if it can't update use the manual patch.
