Can you have them make a account, so it's easier for us to help?

Are they using Stuffit Expander (sp?) to extract the .rar's?

Hello,

Yes, it is, but you'll have to follow some workarounds to make it work.
For example: extract the .rar file using Stuffit Expander and then create a .DMG file out of the extracted files.

So, I couldn't make the installer run, until I found this post, now I made the .dmg file, but it won't let me continue to install, this message comes up, and I don't know what's up with that.

Help please? :/
