Problems downloading Sims 3 Seasons from torrent. [SOLVED] Empty Problems downloading Sims 3 Seasons from torrent. [SOLVED]

I downloaded the Sims 3 Seasons torrent, and am trying to install it, but am stuck on step one. It asks to open and follow the instructions of 'Sims3EP08Setup.exe', but when I try to run it, I get an error message that looks like this:

Can someone please help me find a solution?

Also, if it helps, I am running Windows 7 Basic 64 Bit, and I only have the base game installed.
