Seasons Snow/Winter Glitch?? [SOLVED]

Its just stays like this through out the whole game
please help?

Have it always been winther in your game?
Seasons haven't change at all?

You can change the season to be only one or none or ect. ect. in game play it self via Settings - instead of Edit Town find Settings and then Seasons.

No it hasn't only been winter in my game, the seasons change. Winter is the only season that always looks messed up. I did go into the settings but i like winter the best...so ill never turn it off. Is there Anything else?

Well, I have the same problem too. The snow at the world are very bright only snow at lots are normal.

Yes my graphics card is up to date

I right clicked on My Computer selected Properties, Clicked on Device Manger , Clicked on Display Adapters "Intel(R) HD Graphics Family" shows..I right click it and there is a option to Update Driver Software. It says it already up to date.

That's a bad way to check for updated drivers.
Please provide the following information:

1. Your graphic card model.
2. Your operating system.
3. 32- or 64-bit.

Hey I fixed it! I updated my drivers a different way! I right clicked on desktop/screen saw Graphics Properties clicked on that and it took me to Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel i went to Options ans Support, clicked on Help and Support clicked on this link for Graphics Drivers Download. This thing scanned my laptop for a new driver and there was a new driver available...i downloaded it and went from Intel(R) HD Graphics Family to Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000..I also tested the game to see how winter would look and it looked like this ..I just want to say thanks even though it was a Graphics problem..and i kind of did it myself. But Thanks ..
