everytime i go to my online dating on the sims 3 it messes up and my sims pop somewhere else in my house plz help

Hey, It happens to me, too. I deleted all mods I had in my game. I'm using EA's computer. I tried it with a notebook and a normal table-computer. I am able to create sim's profile but when I try to look to another's I can't. My sim pops somewhere else...

Ok, I tried to load a new city (Sunset Valley) and it works. I'm going to try it in my city now.
EDIT: No, It still doesn't work in Sunlit Tides. On the other hand, I have many problems with this neighborhood - stuck sims etc, so It doesn't suprise me. I'm really glad other cities are without problems, thanks for help :-)
