8 Dec 2012: Fixed some potential errors and added the new greenhouse + Monte Vista premium stuff

Hi all!!! Do you have every single expansion pack, stuff pack and store content in The Sims 3 and want every single thing in the game to be in your home but don't know how to squeeze them altogether? Then this is the lot for you!!!
This is my mega-huge house that I have been using for my whole Sims 3 game-life. (It's the only house I use)

• It's a 60 x 60 residential lot.
  
• To have it you have to have all expansion pack, stuff pack and store content installed (An easy thing to do in G4TW) as it is made with everything in The Sims 3
  
• Fully functional house (Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen...)
  
• Main feature: It's an all-in-one mega-house, making it the most functional house every. (No more going to community lots to do stuff you want to do)

Info of the lot:

• It's built on 10 summer hill court at Sunset Valley (Up on the hill)
  
• Cost Unfurnished: $537,976
  
• Cost Furnished: $2,343,826
  
• You shouldn't buy the lot unfurnished cause it just doesn't make sense to do that
  
• Price too high? That's why it's called Rich And Famous. Anyway you can always make it a lot your Sims strive to live in or just use "freerealestate true" cheat
  
• No spawners (except those that come with the gardening station but they don't really count)
  
• I'm super proud of this lot. Have been working on it for about 1 year and finally I have the chance to showcase it
  

Warning:

• As it is a very big house, It requires some time to load, but it is still usable.
  
• Placing the lot requires about 7-10 min
  
• Make sure you have all expansion pack, stuff pack and store content installed
  
• The lot file size is 385MB
  

Have Fun!!!

• NO custom contents
  
• Mods used: All of Nraas Mods found here  (Professional mods so it should not interfere with a lot)
  
• My game patch version: 1.42 latest
  

If there is any building errors, please tell me. If the lot doesn't work...err... I don't think that will happen, unless the lot is so big that it causes error...  
As new content comes, I will update this lot. So check back if you want the new stuff in the lot.

Thanks Eldi . Yeah had many versions of it until I finally got this final product.

Oh and it's more of the functional side so not as beautiful as other lots but I did try my best to make it look nice.

Always dreamed of such a big residential lot in The Sims 3. Too bad I don't play it any more, haha.

One question: How do you split a .Sims3pack into 2 portions?

I personally enjoy using HJSplit: http://www.hjsplit.org/
It splits any kind of file.

If a .sims3pack is split with that, won't you have to re-join them in order to use it?

Yes, lol, you have to put the .001, .002, .003 etc. files together again using the same HJSplit. (Or any other program that can split and join files)

If done correctly, it should all work like a charm.

Hey Admin. One question...
It will be troublesome for you to constantly change the link for my lot in the mediafire account ever so often when new contents come out...
So...are you willing to do that or do I just update in this thread and maybe send you the link at the end of each month?

On another note:

No, not really a problem for me.
