Hello, have you tried to use the disk utility app on your mac? just paste all your game files and create new image and once you've created the image file then double click the installation app inside the newly made disk image file. make sure you save it in your desktop so you can find it easily and change the volume size to 6gb but don't touch the volume name tab. hope this works for you Smile

Hello,

Perhaps you could use our The Sims 3 Mac Installation Guide for inspiration. It can be found on www.games4theworld.org under "All our Downloads".

hehehe sorry my mind was elsewhere..
I have tried everything to try to get it to work, followed the instructions on your fix to no avail.. followed it to the letter. Is there another way to get it to work?

//EDIT

SOLUTION FOUND!!!!!!

Okay so I was looking around some of the TSM files and realised that by changing the launcher shortcut on the info.plist to the game exe I can bypass the launcher.. and it worked!

Can you please help other that are having the same problem, by telling us where exactly you found the file and what you exactly did to edit/fix it. Thanks in advance.

Have fun playing!

find the executable in your hard drive.
Right click on it, and select "show package contents"
there will be a file called info.plist
Open info.plist with texteditor
Scroll down to the line after this one:
CedegaGameName
Change the last part to read TSM.exe instead of SMLauncher.exe
Don't change anything else!!!!
Save and quit textedit.

then simply close finder and run the game and it should run just fine!
