Error on Start-up Issue

Hello I'm new to the forums, I'm having the Error on Start-up issue at the moment. So far I've downloaded Sims 3 base, World Adventures, Supernatural (These 3 I actually purchased) then from here I went on to DL and Install Generation and Ambitions (the others are still torrenting) Now, this is my second time Dling these as I did them once before with no issue but for some reason my game would crash randomly when I played, and in an attempt to fix it I broke it and decided to start fresh. Now I'm getting this error on start-up issue with only these two expansions. Now I know that there is this video here about cleaning the registry, however it says to delete the registry for the expansions you don't have downloaded, and in my case the only ones showing up are the downloaded ones. So rather than delete them, I decided perhaps it's best I ask for assistance here first that way I don't undo literally a days work as I've been downloading, installing and doing all this for about...10 hours now...
