Sims 3 Outdoor Living Problem. Please Help!!

Hi.
im following the steps to installing the sims 3 outdoor living provided, but as i get to step 4 part b, installing the 'sims3sp03setup.exe' file an instant error pops up on my screen.
the patch installed correctly and ive downloaded the fix to try and add it into the 'outdoor living' folder which i was asked to go to but its not there.

this has become really fustrating and i cant seem to get rid of it to start again. can you suggest how to fix this problem and how to uninstall this without having to uninstall the entire game.

1. First of all install The Sims 3 base game from www.games4theworld.org or www.thepiratebay.org/user/games4theworld
2. When you're done installing the base game, open "Start", type "regedit" in the search box and
then press [ENTER].
3. When you're in the Register Editor, navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Sims > The Sims 3    OR IT MAY BE IN:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > Sims > The Sims 3  (Windows 7, Vista)

4. Here you'll see a file called "SKU". Double click on it and change the value - which
should be "2" or "7" - to "1" and press "OK". Now close the Register Editor.
5. Open the "# Patch" folder in this .rar file and double-click on the "TS3_1.19.44.010001_Update.exe"
in there. The wizard will now patch your The Sims 3 base game to v1.19.44.010001.
If you get an "Invalid File" error during the patching, please apply step 1 to 10 of this fix:

6. When the patching is done, open the "Sims3SP03Setup.exe" in this .rar file and follow on screen
instructions.

8. Now you can apply the crack, but you can also check out our Forum for our latest fix for The

This fix makes it possible for you to Update your game whenever you like. (And the fix will be
updated whenever new information comes out)
If you just want to play the game now, apply the crack as following:

9. Open the "# Crack" folder in this .rar file and drag and drop the .exe and .dll file in there
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 Outdoor Living Stuff\Game\Bin  and choose
"Replace" on the pop-up that appears, telling you the files already exist.
10. Start the game and... ENJOY playing!

What does the error say?

i installed it from kickasstorrents.com. when i extracted the files the installation guide is was there and its the exact guide to the one you've just uploaded, thats where i found this site.

Owh, ok. Just wondering, because our Installation Guide doesn't say anything about "sims3sp03setup.exe" at step 4.

Anyway, your problem is a common one and can be easily fixed as following:

Please open the .rar file you downloaded using only WinRar, which can be downloaded from www.games4theworld.org . (If you use any other software than WinRar, like WinZip or 7-zip, the files will get messed up!)
When you've opened the file using WinRar, select áll the files in it and drag & drop them to a folder on your Desktop. When the extraction is done, close the .rar file and open the folder on your Desktop.
Now, start by reading the included "# Installation Guide.txt" and you should be able to get the game to work yourself. Good luck!

just that i heard not to use cracks if you've got original sims games, which i have. i have basic, late night, ambitions, high end loft stuff.

All your problems should be gone now.
