Hope its a clothing/hair set! Not crazy about the clothes on the little boy but love the hair.

It's probably related to the new stuff pack that's coming. I'm not too psyched about the clothing, but, it would be a nice match for some upperclass families.

Here is another sneak peek: http://simsvip.com/2013/01/18/sims-3-store-another-preview-of-next-weeks-set/ . I don't think it has anything to do with the "70's, 80's, & 90's" pack that is coming out; looks more like Jazz Age clothes from the 1930's to me. Like the shirt with rolled up sleeves.
