PSP Vita or PSP 3000 or 3DS

Hi there, would like to know which consoles worth my money since I only can buy one of these 3 consoles. PSP Vita is great compared to PSP 3000 but I have to purchased it if I want to play old psp games like monster hunter series etc however monster hunter 4 is planing to be released in 3ds but if i buying a 3ds i need to buy the original game card instead of using R4 because R4 only support nds and not 3ds.Any suggestion ?

I can't really contribute to this topic, but I saw my first PSP Vita today with CoD on it.
I usually hate (handheld) consoles, but the Vita looks quite slick. Wouldn't buy one myself though.
